I am a licensed Master Cosmetologist owner and operator of TNT Luxury Hair Parlor.
I specialize in Silk Press and Micro link extensions. Born an raised in Waycross, Ga, my passion for the beauty industry transpired when I was a teenager. As I've grown I realized that my passion has aligned me with my purpose.
I'm excited that I'm able to use a gift that God has given me to be a blessing to others in my community and around the world. My core values are integrity, respect and professionalism. I vow to always lead with integrity and love, to stay at the forefront of the beauty industry by taking continued educational classes and growing as an individual.
I've worked a variety of different events and venues, including small film movies, fashion shows and weddings. My ultimate goal is to leave this earth knowing I've made an impact on the world.

I'm Elle S. Roe — Douglas, GA native, United States Navy Veteran, self-taught makeup artist, esthetician, & beauty enthusiast.
My love for makeup & skin began the first day I made the decision to pick up a set of brushes in hopes of building my own confidence over ten years ago. The pride I felt looking into the mirror after my first makeup application ignited a fire within me to pursue makeup artistry so that each individual I encountered could experience the same! I have been fortunate enough to work with all types of individuals from high fashion models to stay at home moms.
For every client who meets me at the mirror it is my ultimate goal to offer enhancements that amplify their inherent beauty to fit any occasion, even if that occasion is everyday life! It is always my sincerest prayer that I am able to offer my love for people & my passion for beauty for many years to come!

Summer 2004, I graduated from Okefenokee Technical College obtaining a degree as Licensed Master Cosmetologist. Throughout my years in the Metro Atlanta Area, I had the pleasure of working along side with some of the most talented hair stylists in the industry. With over 20+ years experience, I understand Hair Texture Quality, Color Placement, The Importance of Relaxing Hair, Hair Enhancement Techniques, and How Maintain Natural Healthy Hair, and more!
I can not help but think of how passionate I am to the hair industry. Yes, there has been some ups and some downs in my career but, with God by my side blessing me every step of the way I am committed, and determined to progress with excellence!
