I, the undersigned, understand that participation in The Beauty Blueprint Camp involves physical activities such as hairstyling, nail care, and makeup application, which may carry some risks. I agree to the following:

My child is participating voluntarily and with my permission.
I release The Beauty Blueprint Camp, its organizers, and instructors from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during camp activities.
I understand and agree that photos and videos of the camp, including my child, may be used for promotional purposes.
I agree to notify organizers of any allergies or health issues prior to the start of the camp.
